I would never call this company for help, Left us on the side of the road for over 7 hours then shows up with a broken rusted part filled with spider webs& wanted over 500.00 for it. I had it fixed properly when I got to my destination and got a brand new part with labor for 160.00 in less than a hour with out extra parts in a bag that should be put on to travel safely. AAI preys on people broken down & at there mercy and leaves you with broken rusted parts and gives you parts in a bag that should have been put on for you to drive safely with your family.
